Hi. Thank you for visiting Smooth Sound J-pop. We are a music blog introducing Light & mellow Japanese popular songs, and Smooth Jazz of all time.
The reason we started this blog was, because we noticed an increasing number of music fans from overseas are now enjoying old & new Japanese popular songs on the video sharing sites.
In spite of the many callings of such fans, the information in English about the J-pop still seems to be limited as long as we see.
So, we thought that even a simple guide, written by a leaner of English might still offer some help. That is why we have set up this, and been enjoying posting.
We are a team of three members, but the most of articles will be written by "Satsuma", for the time being.
The members are all just ordinal, but long time J-pop & Jazz fans, and haven't engaged in any of the music business so far.
So, there will not be any particular in-side stories, but we might be able to add some flavor to the articles by talking our real time experiences just a bit, occasionally.
