Welcome and thank you for visiting our site. This is a play list style music blog, aiming at introducing the nice Light & Mellow tunes of J-pop & the Japanese Jazz of the '70s to the 2000s.

As same as the world music scene, Japanese pops scene was very active too from the '70s to the '90s. And quite a few of nice interesting songs were released during this period.

It is however, the vast majority of those songs were sold only for the domestic market, and not having much chance to be introduced to the market in overseas.

Now, thanks to the internet, the access to the world music has been improved a lot. And tens of thousands of music fans in all over the world are exploring the forests of music around the world.

For walking around an unexperienced forest, even a hand-writing wild map might still be of some use.

This blog is wishing to be a such for the explorers from the overseas, and hope them to find beautiful flowers from the forest.

We are really sorry for the poor English since the writer is an eternal learner with no progress.
