Acoustic swing
This seems to be a slow swing vocal Jazz, played by a small ensemble of acoustic Jazz trio & brass section.
Cozy
An ensemble of the double bass, drums and the acoustic guitar start playing the introduction, and the horn sections, and clarinet join.
In the main part, a relaxed vocal of "Mariya Takeuchi" is accompanied by the acoustic guitar, and creates a cozy atmosphere.
In the back ground, there is a nice free play the clarinet. The player is a known saxophonist,Makoto Hirahara, who is also known as the father of "Aika & Ayaka Hirahara who both are popular singers as well.
The arranger of the horn section is Katsuhisa Hattori, who is a prominent, and long serving composer & arranger, active in the Japanese popular music scene.

"Mariya Takeuchi" is a singer, and songwriter active since 1978.
One of the most remarkable singer-songwriter in the J-pop scene now a days.
Her catch-phrase, "Singer song sengyō shufu" is a shortened form of "singer-songwriter", and "sengyō shufu", which means a "dedicated house wife".
It is actually true in some ways, but very much humorous, and modest expression for a popular singer-songwriter like her.
"Takeuchi" debuted in 1978 with a single "Modotte oide, Watashi no jikan" (Come back to me, my time.). Since then, 48 singles, and 11 original, plus 9 best albums have been released until now.
